Hello there,
My name is Angel Alvarez and I’m a Sound Engineer specialized in recording and mixing. I’ve been working as well as a performer & songwriter for over 20 years, where I’ve had the honor to work with many great artists and producers that transmitted me their knowledge and love for all kids of music
I am a creative-minded producer, mixer, songwriter & multi-instrumentalist specialized in working with indie folk, singer-songwriters, jazz and rock bands. I love songwriting, vocal harmonies, and guitar arranging. If you’re ready to transform your musical ideas into a work of art, let’s have a conversation and bring your vision to life.
As a producer I love to work with developing artists and my passion is taking a song from any starting point, whether it’s a voice note or a demo, and turning it into a finished track. Being a multi-instrumentalist helps with production, recording and conveying ideas to my great team of session musicians. My goal is always to do what it takes to deliver the song you’ll be really happy with.

Located on The Prinsengracht, this cosy studio is a beautiful and space, fully soundproof, where you can enjoy your sessions without worrying about noise limits. Unlike isolated spaceship-like studios, our warm living room-type space is unique, offering windows for a daily dose of vitamin D during your sessions.

HOW I WORK:
Let’s talk about your project/vision and we’ll come up with a plan/budget. After this we’ll organize the sessions and start working on the song. I’ll guide you through the entire process and within a few weeks you’ll have an amazing finished song!
WHAT I DO
I can all kind of acoustic instruments (including drums). My services include arrangement and production, vocal comping, edits and tuning, mixing and mastering (I also work with a very good mastering engineer as an extra option).I’m also connected to a network of players in Amsterdam and Madrid and can bring them in, as your budget allows.
And if you have an EP or Album to work on, we can tweak the prices a bit.
MUSIC PRODUCTION
